1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Buy Bulk Displays’ website and services (collectively, “Site”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, browsing, or otherwise using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms referenced herein or provided via link.
2. Ordering, Pricing & Payment
All orders are custom made unless otherwise stated. Prices displayed are in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping fees or taxes (if applicable). Payment must be completed before we begin production. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout.
3. Production, Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically enter production the business day after payment is received. Standard production time is five to ten business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the carrier picks up the package.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because most of our products are custom or cut-to-size, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturer defect or an error on our part. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the intellectual property of Buy Bulk Displays or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Buy Bulk Displays disclaims all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use (or inability to use) our products or this Site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes must be resolved in a court located in St. Joseph County, Indiana.
