Buy Bulk Displays LLC (“Buy Bulk Displays,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), including our ecommerce site(s) and our Shopify embedded app(s) (including “AI 3000 PRO” / “AI chatbot assistant”).

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.


1) Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Website/Ecommerce visitors and customers who visit or purchase from our website(s);
  • Shopify merchants (“Merchants”) who install and use our Shopify app(s); and
  • Storefront visitors who interact with a Merchant’s AI chatbot on that Merchant’s storefront.

Important: If you use the chatbot on a Merchant’s storefront, that Merchant may also have its own privacy policy. We provide the chatbot service on behalf of the Merchant.


2) Information We Collect

A) Website/Ecommerce Information

When you visit or purchase from our ecommerce website(s), we may collect:

  • Identifiers & Contact Info: name, company, email, phone number, billing/shipping address;
  • Order Details: items purchased, order notes/custom details, totals, and timestamps;
  • Payment Information: payments are processed by third-party processors; we do not store full payment card numbers;
  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar analytics data;
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: used for site operation, preferences, and performance measurement.

B) Shopify App (Merchant) Information

When a Merchant installs/uses our Shopify app(s), we may collect and store:

  • Store Information: shop domain (e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com), installation status, and app settings;
  • Billing/Plan Information: selected plan, subscription/trial status, and related billing identifiers needed to operate subscriptions;
  • Shopify Credentials: an app access token issued by Shopify (stored securely) so the app can function;
  • Usage Tracking: feature usage counts (for example, monthly chat usage limits) to provide the service and enforce plan limits;
  • Product Context (Cache): limited product information needed for chatbot recommendations (such as product IDs/titles/prices/handles), stored to improve performance. We do not store full customer orders for this purpose.

C) Storefront Chat Information (Chatbot Conversations)

When a storefront visitor uses the chatbot, we may process:

  • Chat Content: messages a visitor types and the AI-generated responses;
  • Optional Contact Data (only if enabled by the Merchant): if the chatbot asks for or the visitor provides contact info (email/phone/name);
  • Technical Data: timestamps, basic device/browser info, and session identifiers used for reliability and security.

Chat transcript storage: At this time, we do not store full chat transcripts on our servers by default. Chat messages are processed to generate a response and may be held temporarily in memory during the session. Limited technical logs (for example, request timing, error codes, and basic metadata) may be retained for security and debugging.

Do not send sensitive personal information in chat (for example: payment card numbers, government IDs, medical information).


3) How We Use Information

We use information to:

A) Operate Ecommerce Services

  • Fulfill orders, provide quotes, and deliver customer support;
  • Communicate about orders, shipping, returns, and product/service updates;
  • Secure the site, prevent fraud/abuse, and improve performance;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

B) Operate Shopify App Services

  • Provide app functionality, maintain Merchant settings, and support app features;
  • Operate subscriptions/trials and plan management;
  • Measure service performance, debug issues, and prevent abuse;
  • Improve reliability, security, and product features.

C) Operate the AI Chatbot

  • Generate responses to storefront visitors and provide product recommendations;
  • Maintain conversation continuity during a session;
  • Prevent abuse/spam and protect the security of the service;
  • Improve the quality and reliability of the chatbot (using aggregated or de-identified information where feasible).

4) Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our Services, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect functionality (such as login, cart, and preferences).


5) How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Services:

  • Service Providers: hosting, email delivery, monitoring, security, analytics, and other vendors who help us run the Services;
  • Payment Processors & Shipping Carriers: for ecommerce transactions and delivery (as applicable);
  • Shopify: to operate the embedded app experience, app billing/subscriptions, and required platform functionality;
  • AI Processing Providers: to generate chatbot responses, chat content may be transmitted to AI providers used by the service;
  • Legal/Safety: where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud/abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.


6) Data Retention

A) Ecommerce

  • Order and transaction records: retained as needed for accounting, tax, warranty, and legal compliance.
  • Support communications: retained for a reasonable period to support customers and resolve issues.

B) Shopify App

  • Merchant app data (settings, plan status, usage counts, and necessary credentials): retained while the app is installed and as needed for billing/support/compliance.
  • Product cache/context data: retained as needed to support performance, and may be refreshed/overwritten.

C) Chatbot Conversations

  • Chat content is processed to respond to the visitor.
  • We do not store full chat transcripts by default at this time.
  • Limited technical logs (e.g., error diagnostics and service metadata) may be retained briefly for reliability and security.

D) Uninstall / Deletion After App Removal

If a Merchant uninstalls our Shopify app, we will delete or de-identify Merchant app data within a reasonable time, consistent with platform and legal requirements, unless we must retain certain records (for example, billing/tax records).


7) Your Choices & Rights

A) Marketing Emails

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails.

B) Access, Correction, Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to legal/operational exceptions). To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 14.

C) Storefront Visitors (Chatbot Users)

If you interacted with a chatbot on a Merchant’s storefront and want to request deletion or access, you may contact the Merchant or contact us. We may ask for details to locate the interaction (store domain, approximate date/time, etc.).


8) Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.


9) International Visitors

We are based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.


10) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


11) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
